Yet more injuries... This time I have managed to rupture a tendon in my left foot. Hopefully be back on the golf course very soon!
Off to the range to see if my Ankle & Achilles will hold up whilst hitting some wedges, may hit some 7 irons if it feels OK!
Beware the injured golfer... Well Christmas went by so quickly and somehow I managed to injure my Achilles tendon, with a months rest and recuperation I'm hoping to be back fit ready to hit those i200 irons from Ping!
Practise, Practise, Practise - Practise is great as long as it has a goal and is done for quality reasons and not just quantity. so 60 balls after work was just what I needed.
